Our CAP workshop, fashioned after the GE Change Acceleration Process, provides the structure and tools needed to make change happen effectively.

Generic CAP Workshop

While working on current change initiatives, our workshop engages participants in applying tools and techniques in real time. Our self-assessments along with our interactive workshop format help participants build their change leadership skills - a key ingredient to successful change.

CAP Workshop Supporting Lean/Six Sigma

CAP's roadmap and the tools accelerate the pace of change when implementing any Lean/Six Sigma project. Delivery Options:

  1. Our one-day workshop covers the phases of change and the application of a number of tools from each phase of change. The intention is to give participants an understanding of what tools they may wish to use to guide successful change.
  2. Our 2 to 2 and 1/2 day workshop is for change agents that have, sometimes collectively, a significant change effort or Lean/Six Sigma project starting or underway. We cover the foundational concepts of organizational change and the Change Management tools in depth. The output of the workshop is used to guide and accelerate these and future change initiatives.
